I cant be the only one who still cringes when thinking of buying online......
Even tho - i've almost never had a bad experience MYSELF.................
But i absolutely cannot find a better price for the DigReb i want.....
Would kinda rather walk on down to B&H here, where everybody and their mamma has raved about, but......
wait- in looking again- seems like BH has lowered their price.....
now wouldnt b saving all that much 2 get online.....
well- no reason not to ask anyway......

and yeh, yeh- i know i "shouldn't" be buying the kit lens.... but i do want a grab n go, everyday, no thinking lens.....
plus its only 99$ in kit......

I'd probably trust 'em if the price was right, but when I gamble for deals, I tend to go whole hog and just do Ebay. Otherwise, it's B&H.
And there's no shame in the kit lens (especially if you aren't shooting in low light). -

Mon, September 22, 2008 - 10:39 PMBuydig is part of Beach Camera. I've had VERY good interactions with them. I've bought 2 or 3 bodies, 3 lenses, 2 flashes, and some little stuff from them. Absolutely no issues, though last time I purchased was probably about 18 months ago. I would have no problems recommending Buydig. They seemed pretty knowledgable (not as much as B&H, but still pretty up to date), knew what went with what, didn't try to sell me something I didn't need, and while they couldn't match another price that I found (I didn't want to buy from that other retailer) they did up me to overnight shipping and threw in a few small extras.

Got my sweet XSi on Sat...
Despite the *slight* buy-this-too pitch i got from the guy ( not bad enuff to be called high pressure add-on sales push), all went well...
So - all u Canon old-schoolers ( this is my first Canon...)- what now...??
